San Pedro, an historical house, built in 1904 by a west Texas cattle baron. In 1923, there was a fire which damaged the 1st floor. We proudly bought the house in Spring of 2008. With very little change to the structure we are converting this home into office space. Check out this website often to witness this transformation. Was built in 1956 as a single family home. Here is an old picture of what it looked like back in the 50s. It was converted into four plex housing years ago. Our plans for this house are to provide housing for military families at Fort Sam Houston or anyone else in that area. | |||
