This is the recreational room and below is the other part. Above room framing fixed, sheetrocked and painted. Concrete floor for this room will be painted by current owner. The area you can't see before the camera has a new entrance door.
This is a continuation of the above room. Large opening, reframed, sheetrock and painted. All rooms are painted white. Because of the camera lighting, it doesn't show the new white painting that good. New lighting and entrance door from foyer. The floor painted but trimming around the edges and the stairway wall needs finished painting. This will be done by the seller. The area in the back with the piece of wood is an opening for a central heating and a/c. I will have that done after the sell of the house for the HVAC contractor to run another duct to that opening. The cable in the back is from Times Warner Cable I had installed. Both recreational rooms are caulked around edges and fully closed to prevent insects, water, drafts, etc.
This is a large kitchen. It's around 14 by 15 feet. The cabinets are new, hand built made with 3/4 inch mdf wood. They are oversized cabinets giving you additional space. They are strongly secured and braced to the wall. They are painted a beige color with a polyurethane coating. Some of the areas not finished polyurethane will be finished apply by the seller. The cabinets will have modern styles handles which will be installed by the seller. There are four pullout drawers below the sink but one of them is for a waste basket. On the far right is another large pullout drawer with a built-in basket for pots and pans. The countertop is ceramic tiled which can take a lot of abuse and hot pots. Again these are oversized cabinets and countertop. You will need a ladder to open the window if your height is under 5' 10". The stainless steel sink has three openings and been refurbished. New faucet with sprayer. Another faucet will be attached by the seller for the third sink. All appliances, gas stove, range hood (air vent goes outside), refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new.
